Cutting – Precision Starts Here

Our cutting workshop is equipped with modern machinery for processing various materials with:

- Tight tolerances
- High-speed execution

Equipment:

6 kW LASER cutting machine for sheets, profiles, and pipes
Band saw and guillotine for plate cutting
Hand tools and conventional cutting equipment for special geometries.

Cold Forming – Bending and Shaping

Using CNC equipment, we shape sheets and profiles to meet a wide range of project geometries:

CNC ABKANT press brake
Profile and pipe bending machines
Sheet metal rolling for cylinders and curved components.

Cabinets can be manufactured in-house or externally, based on comprehensive execution documentation, and are fully integrated with the project layout.

Welding – High-Quality, Controlled Execution

We carry out welding operations for industrial-grade assemblies using:

TIG / WIG, MIG / MAG, and shielded electrode techniques;
Orbital welding for pipes – ideal for pharmaceutical and food industries;
Modular welding tables to minimize deformation and ensure precision;
Optional non-destructive testing (NDT), partial or complete, depending on project requirements.

Corrosion Protection – Built to Last

In partnership with specialized providers, we apply tailored anti-corrosion treatments to meet environmental and technical demands, including:
