SEESOF 2025: A Milestone Event for Southeast Europe’s Defense Community

Organized by the Special Operations Forces Command in partnership with “George Emil Palade” University of Medicine, Pharmacy, Science and Technology (UMFST), the forum transformed the university’s headquarters into a center of military expertise and technological innovation. With support from TNT Productions Romania SRL, the event attracted approximately 100 major military technology companies and participants from over 10 countries, plus more than 300 guests including government representatives, defense industry leaders, and military specialists.

We were honored to participate in this inaugural event alongside industry leaders and defense experts from across the region. The Modpack System team showcased our expertise in logistics, custom industrial packaging, and mobility solutions designed to support demanding missions and critical operations.

The exhibition featured advanced military technology and equipment, from tactical gear and communication systems to specialized vehicles and support infrastructure. Each company brought solutions specifically designed to enhance the effectiveness and safety of special operations forces across the region.

What made SEESOF 2025 special was its emphasis on meaningful collaboration. The event created an environment where military specialists could engage directly with industry innovators, fostering valuable connections that extend far beyond the two-day forum.

The quality of conversations and collaborative spirit were exceptional. These weren’t just networking opportunities—they were the foundation for future partnerships that could reshape how special operations forces across Southeast Europe approach their most critical missions.

SEESOF 2025’s success establishes it as a biennial tradition, with the next edition anticipated for 2027. This international conference format, focusing specifically on Special Operations Forces, fills a crucial gap in the regional defense landscape by providing a targeted environment for specialized military operations discussion.

The event reinforces Romania’s growing influence in regional defense and positions Târgu Mureș as an emerging center of defense innovation and international cooperation.
