Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) case study Europe

This industrial relocation project consisted of three main stages, an existing lines survey, a new lines design and the physical relocation. For the relocation documentation, one of the Modpack Team conducted a survey in an old factory to physically measure the existing FMCG production equipment and to gather information about the technological pipe routes and instruments.

Following the engineering documentation and by means of specific methodologies and procedures, the 6 production lines were dismantled, cleaned by a professional team, packed, transported and implanted in the new location.
